Sixty days notice, as they have lived in the property for more than one year. Be sure that you do not have rent control in the City or County where the property is located, as many of those ordinances have longer notice provisions. Also, check the lease – it is very unlikely, but if the lease has a longer notice term than sixty days, you will have to abide by it even though they are now month-to-month tenants (they are month-to-month but under the terms of the original lease).
