Contract Default
We recently sold a mobile home.
We were willing to work with the
people buying it. We took $3000
down and wrote up a contract for
the remaining $4420 (this includes
our original deposit that we let the
buyer take to pay the first months
lot fee) The deposit was written
into the contract.
They agreed to pay $800 a month.
The the first payment was due April
25, which was late and not paid
until May 1.
The May payment has yet to be
paid, it is June 15.
Do we have legal grounds for
eviction with no money paid back to
the buyer? We do still hold the title
to the mobile home, to be
transferred when the loan amount
had been satisfied.

If Power of Attorney applies to a prison inmate, can it override any type of medical information needed to access a situation that has caused a medical issue that may result in a death that could possibly be avoided, at least for a longer period of time.

Recovering fees from an adversary proceeding back in state court
My ex-spouse filed bankruptcy after our divorce. I have a hold harmless clause in the decree. I was forced to file adversary proceeding 523(a)15 to stop the discharge of one joint debt. I prevailed. Can I recoup my attorney fees back in the state court, under the hold harmless agreement, or is this out of the state court’s jurisdiction?

Double indemnity – can a heart attack be considered with employers knowledge of
I am wanting to find out if an insurance must pay double indemnity when an employee dies from a heart attach while at work. the employer is aware of a heart condition and hypertension from a dept. of transportation medical evaluation. The doctor knowingly issued a medical card after noting heart disease and hypertension. She apparently had a heart attack while driving and was able to stop the truck before it wrecked, her body was recovered from the drivers seat.

Commercial Tenant wants to stay 90 days longer than Landlord wants
Moving a dental practice to a new facility. We need to stay in the current space 90-120 days longer than the Landlord wants. We have been in the space for about 20 years, but have been on a month to month lease for about 1 year. If we can not work out an arrangement with the Landlord (ie offering more rent, begging, etc) is there any legal recourse that we have or any legal action we can take in order to gain the extra 3-4 months that we need to stay in the space.
