Lampasas Texas eviction
We were working on a contract for deed with a couple for my husband house in LampasasTexas…we live in MN. The contract for deed has not been signed but they asked for a key to the house to work on the floor. I told them only if they understand that if we can not come to an agreement on the contract for deed they would have to leave. Then behind our backs they moved in, tampered with the lock on the water meter and started using the water, were fined from the city of Lampasas for theft of utilities and have told me one lie or half truth after another. We still have no contract for deed or any other written rental agreement with them and we want them to leave as we no longer want to deal with them. What do I need to do legally to get them out asap!

Forclosure of Real Property sold on Contract for Deed
Three years ago, I sold a house in San Antonio, via Contract
for Deed. It was a simple contract between buyer and seller, signed by both parties and notarized. It stated
that the deed would not transfer to buyer until all payments
are made. Also, it stated that buyer would pay for home
owners association dues, and that buyer is responsible for
all repairs. Buyer understood these provisions and signed
contract. He is currently leasing the property (2 bedroom
home). He constantly has been late on payments, and I have
had to pay association dues the last 2 years. He also wants
me to pay for repairs, which, he knows is his responsiblility. Since the deed is still in my name at the
county courthouse in Bexar County, what must I do in order
to have him turn the house over to me?

cruelty to animals misdameanor charge
a year and half ago i broke a contract for deed. The owner of the house took my dog and changed the locks. It took me a writ of entry to get my possesions from the house. When the writ of entry was executed five days later, i was met at the house by an animal control investigator. The investigator told me that i was being investigated for abandonment of the dog and that it had to be put down by a vet. The investigator told me he never saw the dog alive, but he would put a case together if he could and send it to the prosecutors. A year and a half later, i get stopped for a traffic infraction and there is a warrant for me on cruelty to animals. Is it relevant to the case that the owner of the house didnt have the right to take the dog? The owner of the house didnt follow proper procedure for eviction and he converted my personal property for his use. Also when i was arrested i posted bail and was released. Is it too late to get a court appointed attorney?

thanks in advance for any replies.
