Complex Posted for Foreclosure
I’ve been living in an apartment at this complex for 5 years. My lease is up at the end of the month. I just learned today from an article in the local newspaper that the property is posted for foreclosure next month. Should I forget about signing a lease and go month to month for a while in case there are problems with upkeep, etc. The complex is just 5 years old but I’m concerned that the bank won’t continue to invest in maintenace of the unitls and common areas if they take the property in foreclosure.

moving after lease is up without notice
my lease was up in april.i intended on renewing my lease but an incident with one of my neighbors has me changing my mind.Without to much detail I was assaulted ,police were involved and now I fear for me and my families safety.I no longer want to live here.I’m required to give 60 day notice.Month to month increases rent 120 dollars. Is there any way I can legally move out now without a notice. I cannot afford the increase and no longer feel safe enough to sign another lease.

Mistake with dates on apartment lease contract
We signed a lease back in May that was supposed to be 13 months long. However, after reviewing the lease to find out about early termination, we noticed that under lease terms, it states that our lease extends from May 11, 2002 until midnight June 30, 2002. It also states that we will be on a month to month basis until a 30 days written notice is given. Am I correct to assume that we are no longer bound by this contract as the dates suggest?

Civil Lawsuit Pending,How to stop Eviction on Contract for Deed
We have lawsuit pending due to contamination from gas well. We bought our land on a contract for deed. Due to excessive hospital and medical bills, we got severely behind on note. Although we have tried to work with person we are buying from, and want to pay off land after suit, we asked for him to wait. We go to court june 7, this year. They have filed eviction notice on us today. My question is, is there a motion we can file to hold them off until after the court?
Thank you for your time.
