Eviction after trustree foreclosure sale
I purchased a single family home at the harris county trustree auction in Houston ,Texas. The former owner is still living in the house. How can I get a copy of the 3 day notice to quit to send it to the person living in the property so I can start the eviction procedure?

Somnambulism (sleepwalking) and military service
My girlfriend recently enlisted in the National Guard. She is currently in a 4 month training course as a Health Care Specialist. However, during bootcamp till now, she has become extremely depressed and has show behavior consistent with chronic sleepwalking. She has seen miltary doctors, and they said that she would be discharged under certain conditions: sleepwalking often in more than one location, sworn statements from witnesses, and persistance despite medication. She has met all these qualifications, but they still want to keep her in for a need of ”more documentation.” I was a Marine myself, and I know how the military think in these situations; they will ignore their own disqualifying medical conditions and push a person until a worst case scenario happens. I am very worried that her depression will become much worse. She desperately wants to just come home now, but I think they are just delaying and simply do not care. She has excelled in the miltary despite this, and has never been reprimanded. I hate how malingerers get away scott-free while she has a real condition. Is the Army acting illicitly, and if so, what can be done?

I want to apply through a gov’t agency to receive child support and health care from my spouse who has told me he doesn’t want to pay for health care. I know that since he is the non custodial parent he needs to provide health care coverage for our daughters. Is he required to pay the full amount of the health care or just a portion? and how much is that portion? I will be signing up my daughters through my insurance but don’t know how to obtain the money from him.
He has started a new job that his pay will differ each month based on the commission he receives. Can you tell me if the government agency will (Attorney General Office) garnish his checks accordingly? He has failed to provide check stubs to me and has already began to pay it late and only half of it this month and witout advanced warning he has told me he cannot pay the second portion until later in the month until he gets paid. In addition,when he does send his payments both checks are from different bank accounts.
Unfortunately my salary as a teacher does not permit me to hire a lawyer. Any recommendations or resources I can look up would be appreciated.

Small Claims Forms:
My brother had just rented a house two weeks before he was incarcerated. My brother had paid the landlord two months rent with a deposit.
The landlord entered the house on the second day of my brothers confinement and removed all his property to an open and unsecured garage. The landlord then re-rented the house.
The landlord gave me very little time to take possession of my brothers property. 4 days to be exact!
The landlord knew which jail my brother was in but made no attempt to contact him with news of his property being removed from the house he had just rented.
My brother assigned Power of Attorney to me because he is incarcerated in a TX jail. I live in California. I’m trying to file a small claims suit on behalf of my brother but I’m confused as to how I must properly fill out the claim and waiver of fee forms. Do I include myself as a second Plantiff representing the first Plantiff or vice versa?
I also don’t understand what a Correctly Styled Suit means?
Do I include the date on the Affidavits? Finally, on the Affidavit of Indigency do I provide for my brothers financial status or my financial status?
Do I send two copies of each form sent to me by the Court, back to the Court?
