My Husband made the Mistake before we were Married to let his Ex Wife have a General Power of Attorney in order to only sign small things about the house he owned for his Kids Sake while he was away because he was an over the road Truck Driver , they got into a fued and as he was trying to get it canceled before he could she used her P.O.A to Transfer his house to her name making her Owner of the House ! Is This at all Legal since she was Not Doing this in His Best Interest, but stealing his house for herself !?!?
