executors
what can I do if I beleive the solicitor who is the executor of a will to which I am the beneficiary is and has not performed specific duties. These solicitors are supposed to have sent a letter of indemnity to an insurance company in the UK in order that the policy monies be released to me. I have spoken to the insurance company who tell me that these documents are still awaited, despite the fact that I went to a court in cyprus and got these done and gave them to the solicitors back in august 2006. But it has been over a year that these solicitors knew about the policy. Now I cant reach them by phone for the last two weeks. Also is it a legal formality that when monies came into the solicitors to pay off things the solicitors without asking changed the currency and took monies without telling me and no bill was given to me.

I have purchased a flat in Andheri. I have made the full payment by Cheque & Demand draft.
I have taken possession of the flat & am staying here since a few months now.The original flat papers were destroyed in the floods. The previous owner had given a irrevokable power of Atorney in the name of his son, and the entire transaction was conducted by his son.
Now the previous owner has come to me saying that his sons have played mischief & forged his signature to disposed off the property.
I have an aggrement which is registered.I also have an indemnity bond given by both the sons.
Can this person put a suit on me ? After paying the full value for the property do i have to run to court for no fault of mine?I have all the necessary papers that makes me the rightfull owner.
Please advice

Which Legal Form Do I Need?
Which Legal Form Do I Need?
I’m not sure which form may be most appropiate through ”FindLegalForms.com”
Heres my situation:
I would like my family sign perhaps one of the forms from the website so I can sleep better at night.
In a nutshell:
Dad passed away, left an unfair trust with greedy trustee which gave undue influence. (can’t proove it)
86 yr. old mother with sound mind agrees with me and is willing to counter weight my short comings from my dad’s trust into her trust/will.
Would like a certain form for my siblings to sign (2 bad apples out of eight children) so they won’t manipulate my mother after we agree on a compensation. I know a trust is solid but somthing I may need in the future if I need to contest it from further undue influence.
What forms I found that might be relavent are:
Indemnity Agreement
General Affidavit
Promissory
& General Declaration
Thanks in advance!
