Power of Attorney
My grandfather is blind and caring for my grandmother with dementia. He wants for me to have a power of attorney for his financial and medical needs. I am unable to make a trip out of state at this time to complete the forms and have them notarized. I can download the forms and complete my portion but is there a way to complete the notarization without me being physically present?

power of attorney with disability planning
Mom has a revocable living trust, (she is the trustor & trustee-I am the successor trustee). She also has an advance directive (listing me as her health care representative) & a power of attorney with disability planning appointing me as her agent & attorney-in-fact.
I know she appointed me because she knows she can trust me 100%. Her health is REALLY starting to fail quickly…she’s in her mid 80’s.
I want her to control her affairs as long as she can but if it comes down to it that she can’t, what form do I need the doctor sign to give me power of attorney so I can deal with her banks to access her accounts and pay her bills for her?

”trust distribution by Successor Trustee”
Can a successor trustee, who happens to be a Realtor and beneficiary of a trust, withhold or delay the distribution of trust funds to the other beneficiaries pending an indemnification release from liability for improper sale of real property trust assets to himself by the deceased Trustee of the trust? We have been requesting distribution in excess of four years. The successor trustee’s Father(the Trustee)sold the only income producing asset included in the trust to the successor trustee two weeks prior to the death of the Trustee. Now the successor trustee is demanding an indeminfication release from the other beneficiaries of the trust, before he will distributse the trust assets.I am not sure if this is legal or how to proceed without litigation.I cannot afford an attorney. Please help me. Thank You.

how to evict renter
I have rented to this person since jan. 2004 on a month to month basis. They knew that when I retire, which I did in 2005 I would be moving in the place as it is my retirement home. In feb. 2007 she paid no rent-March paid no rent. I went to serve her with a 72 hour notice around March 25th. What do I do to get my retirement home vacated?
