Mobile Home Tenant Law
If I purchase a mobile home in a mobile home park in California, and I am accepted by park’s back ground check, etc., does the park have the legal right to dictate who I have as a roomate? I have a friend who has a sex offender status who would like to share my home. He is on the Natl Registry, but not considered high-risk.

I live in a mobile home park and all of the mobile homes in the park are exactly the same. I have recently gotten to know my neighbors a little better and found out that I am paying $175 more per month than everyone else. These rentals are not a part of any type of rental assistance or income based housing program. What I want to know is if it is legal for a landlord to charge such a difference in rent for the same homes? I want to speak with my landlord about it but I need to know if I have any legal basis to argue. I would really appreciate some help with this, someone please tell me if there is anything I can do about this. I feel that I am being ripped off.

i currently lease a commercial space in Los Angeles County.

i currently lease a commercial space in Los Angeles County. Within 2 months of occupancy, LL gave a 3 Day Notice to Quit for reasons of Breach of contract, (rent paid all up to date) i responded with questions to clarify allegations of eviction, no response from LL. i was served an unlawful detainer, i responded within 5 days and i have not recieved a court date, i called the courthouse today to see if there was a date scheduled, they told me no court date has been scheduled and that it has been rejected twice. What does this mean for me as the defendant?

unlawful detainer We filed U.

unlawful detainer
We filed U.D. against tenants following non compliance on a notice to quit. Prior to being served w/ U.D. tenants vacated property. We are not seeking any monies (exception of court fees, if that) or other damages. What do we file with court to dismiss the suit?
