Landlord Isuues
I have been renting a mobile home for the last 8 months I pay my rent on time keep the place clean don’t bother anyone out here. My problem is that every time I have a visitor which isn’t that often my landlord wants to give me a hard time. No one has ever caused any problems. The guy I have been seeing has tattoos all over his arms and the landlord told me he didn’t like guys with tattoos all over there arms I politely told him that I didn’t think you should judge people that way and he told me that this was his property and I could just pack up and leave. He is trying to tell me
for insurance reasons anyone who comes over and stays the night they have to have a copy of there drivers license. I don’t feel it is anyone’s business who I have here. I am very private and it is not like I have traffic in and out of here all day and night. Like I said the very few people who do visit have never caused any trouble. He acts like I have to give him a copy of everyone who steps foot out here drivers license. My lease says nothing of the sort I just don’t want to be harassed I am 25 years younger than anyone else who rents out here I have 5 tattoos myself mine aren’t as noticeable. What can I do to resolve this politely with him.

My family recently moved into a mobile home community. The community is suppost to have a playground play area with a fence yea ok any way My son is 8 yrs old he is a special needs child / handicapped in which the playground that our park provides is not safe nor suitable for him but our lease states that we can not put a swing set nor a basket ball goal in our yard what can I do to get my son a safe place enviroment a swing set and basketball goal in my yard to fulfill his handicap?

New managers charging back utilities not agreed on by old managers
i have been renting a mobile home space for my 5th wheel for 10 months. I filled out an application and the manager charged me one flat fee for the space and utilitys. I thought that there was an agreement on file. That manager was just fired and the new managers have informed me that there is no record of my living there. The other manager had been pocketing my rent money. I produced 10 months of money orders for rent andwas allowed to fill out a new agreement. Now the new managers are billing me for 10 months of back electricity, sewer and garbage services. Can they do that legally?

My sister and law and her husband live in a mobile home park in VA. They got into a domestic despuit that ended with Him pouring gasoline around the trailer and threated to catch it on fire. The police were then involved. They are getting kicked out b/c the Landlord siad that they indangered others that live in the park, but she was a victim and did nothing wrong and is leaving her husband. She has never been late with her rent and their is no other reason that they would want her to leave besides what her husband did but, The owner of the park said that she and her little girl have to leave too is that right??
