Need one Clarification in Buying an empty Plot in India (chennai ) :

1) Party ‘X’ given General Power of Attorney to Party ‘Y’
in 1986 – Registered in ‘X’ office

2) Party ‘Y’ given General Power of Attorney to Party ‘Z’
in 1986 (2 months later) – Registered in ‘Y’ office

3) Party Y Sold the property to Z

4) Now Z is having Patta in his name for past 15 years with all Tax paid.

Can I buy the property from Z…? Is two General Power of Attorney is a problem?

My counsel is asking rental agreement and other bills to claim for maintanence. but i dont have one. is it ok, if i just say i am living in rented house. moreover as our martial home is in USA , i have to furnish all house hold items TV Fridge utensils. etc can i claim that too in

About Renewal of my Rental Agreement
I had a rental agreement done with my owner for a period of an year for an amount of rs One lakh.Now iam in the second year of my stay in the same apartment but i have not got the renewal of the Agreement done b’cso the owner is kind of discouraging the same.I want to know the consequences if i do not renew the agreement for this year. Will there be any problem in getting back the deposit i have paid if and when i vacate the apartment.pls note iam having a receipt for each monthly rent i pay.

Regarding the occupation in the house
I had rented a house in Karkala , Karnataka ,India.I have been staying there since last 35 years . We did not have any agreement whatsover till 1999 . In 1999 i have entered into a rental agreement with landlord . Now that i am transfered to Bangalore , i am not staying in the house . I have locked the house since last year . but i have been going there once in 2 months & stay there for 1 or 2 days . I have been paying the rent without fail . Can the Landlord evict me saying i am not occupying the house ? i do not want to surrender the house ,Pls advice
