I want to know if there is such a protection to a tenant when in addition to the lease I signed, she promised that she would let me go in the event that I didn’t like it there…(hair salon) residential lease I signed..No verbage mentioned either in this lease about being final word between the two…fraudulent bait and switch tactic?…Fraud in the inducement? NO integration clause or anything like it stated.

I have a two year lease on an apartment that ends in September of 2002. Yesterday, October 22nd, 2001, I was informed that the owner sold the building and that I need to be out of the apartment by Thanksgiving of this year November 23rd, 2001. I am not behind on my rent at all. I am trying to find out what my legal rights are. He has offered to give me November for free and to pay for a mover. I have not been served with an eviction notice at all.
