Termination of rental agreement
My tenant and I have a verbal, month-to-month rental agreement. He has rented my house for over 8 yrs.
I wish to re-occupy the premises and terminate the rental agreement. What kind of written notice is required and how many days? (I am the owner of the house and property)

We are thinking of taking action against a Management Property in small claims due to several violations in our rental agreement. Should we hire an attorney to first draft a letter to try to resolve this issue without court? what would be the cost of this (average)? What is the likely-hood of us winning, we have pictures, documentation, and witnesses if needed.

If a real estate title was obtained by fraudulent means (quit claim without the signatures of trust owners), and the property was set up in a new trust under a new name, then subsequently sold (twice), do the new owners not have clean title? Do they have any recourse against the fraudulent transaction not caught by the land court or the title searches?

trust estate property transfer
In a beneficiary trust that has come to term to liquidate for the beneficiaries (they have all reached the age specified), can a listed successor later go and register as successor to trust and then go and transfer the trust assets to an outside party or trust without the written/signatures of the beneficiaries (quit claim) sale of the property, therefore removing the entitled asset from the original trust? This was done by claiming that the original trust documents were lost. However they are not lost and exist.

My mother passed in nov. 2008.She had a living trust with my brother was excutor
of the estate. theres 6 siblings including my self.My brother recently sold the condo which there was a balance owing on the home of 142500. the home was sold for 165000.pior to that all bills were paid according to the documents i recieved .its been almost a year and everytime i try to call the lawyer that my mother had the living will with my brother calls and yells telling i cant call the lawyer the lawyer is his lawyer .I cant get any answers about anything .I was told about a month ago I would recieve only about 600-800 dollars but he also told me he hated me and i could recieve nothing.I need help and advice .what are my rights and can i talk to that lawyer about whats going on because i cant get no answers from my brother.
