Residence on legal forms when out of country
I will be leaving the country in 6 weeks and will be gone for a year. I want to give my father power of attorney in case something urgent happens in the U.S. while I am away. Different states have different requirements for this and other documents I’d like to get in order (health directive, will, etc.). I am currently residing in Florida, my parents reside in Texas. Which state’s legal requirements should I use?

Entertainment
I have recieved information from a friend that is incarcerated that he would like me to pretty much run his music company. In which he has included a Spsecial Power Of Attorney And, A Contingency Contract. I have read and understand both of these forms. Still, i’m not 100% sure of the creditibility and, legality of this information/request. Please reply informing me of my best way of going on about proceeding into this position.

About Powr of Attorney
Greetings,
My wife died out of cancer; brain cancer. At the last month of her life, her sister came to visit and encourage her to go to court with her and give her power of attorney. With this letter, she not only cashed both of her bank checking accounts, but also charge her credit card. Now I have been referred as her husband to collection agency for about 11,000.00 US dollar that she charged to my wife’s credit card.Part of it after her death. Total amount she cashed out of checking accounts was about $12,000.00 She also transfered part of ownership of a house, $50,000.00 worth of stocks, and some jeweleries to herself. Is this correct. She took her to court when I was at work and without my consent. I doubt she knew what she was doing. Out of our many years of marriage, we never had a fight, never had any legal authority question us, and never needed a counseler. Is this how legal system of this country treat husband of a woman. If not, what right do I have to procted myself and have her sister pay the bill. It is now over 10 months that the collection agency calls me. The more I tell the story to the credit card company and the collection agency, the less they listen to me.What am I supposed to do? Thank you.
