does 50% of the owner have the right to evict tenant
My wife and I are 50% owner of a condo in FL. The tenant has a month to month oral lease. We have to sell our house and need a place to stay. We would like to move into the condo. If the tenant refuses to leave after sending a certified 30 day notice to leave the property. Can we evict the tenant without the other owners permission?

30 day notice –hardship claim
I am currently in a lease that is up on Feb 28,02 with an agreement to go month to month with a 30 day notice. My landlord just gave me the 30 day notice on 31 Jan. I am building a house and due to some unexpected road blocks the house won’t be done until mid-May 02. My husband is in the military and is currently deployed. Do I have any protection/hardship claims under the soilders and sailors relief act?

My apartment lease is up and I have been told by the Apartment Complex that I must sign another years lease and must forfit my damage deposit if I move before the next year is up. I would like to pay month to month now because I plan on buying a new home soon. My question is, can they keep my damage deposit if I do not sign another years lease?
Termining a month to month lease
I efficency apartments that I rent for a landlord on a month to month basis. There are no contracts involved. If you have a problem with a tenant what are the right that we have to evict them. They are consistentaly late with the rent and now three weeks behind.
I have a month to month tenant, (1 year lease expired in Feb 2009). She gave me notice 3 days before September rent was due that she was moving. She told me to use the security deposit as last months rent and did not pay me for September. She asked me if I had saved the security deposit in a different account. I did not and I had to use it. It’s duplex and the front house was empty for 5 months. I am wondering if I had to put the security deposit in a different account – and if so how would this affect me if I take her to small claims court? She has 3 dogs and 2 cats and I know there will be some repairs that I will have to take care of.
