In Pasco County Florida if filing for divorce, if someone owns property and a mobile home for 3 years then gets married, never puts spouse on any loans or paperwork is the spouse due any monies if property sold due to divorce? Is there any Florida statue to support this

rezoning Fl statute 723.

rezoning
Fl statute 723.083 states a municipality if rezoning would
cause the relocation of a mobile home park then the municipality must determine the impact of the proposed rezoning. Our city argues that the key word is would – as there are no sites available within the city that would accept mobile homes of the vintage of the park we believe we have been harmed and could be entitled to either having the zoning reverted to prior one or damages as a result of this change of land use facilitating the sale of the property we are renting.

I live in a mobile home park and all of the mobile homes in the park are exactly the same. I have recently gotten to know my neighbors a little better and found out that I am paying $175 more per month than everyone else. These rentals are not a part of any type of rental assistance or income based housing program. What I want to know is if it is legal for a landlord to charge such a difference in rent for the same homes? I want to speak with my landlord about it but I need to know if I have any legal basis to argue. I would really appreciate some help with this, someone please tell me if there is anything I can do about this. I feel that I am being ripped off.

homeowners insurrance
I had a fence installed by a contractor who claimed they mapped out all under ground utilites. Over 3 years later my neighbors house had all thier electronics fried and the power company claims that it was because of a nick in the underground power lines from one of these posts installed buy the contractor. I am I personally responsible for this even though I had a proffessional do the work? in the small print they have a ”Hold harmless” clause in the contract which I think means they are not responsible for any damages.
