support modification jurisdiction
NY Supreme Court awarded support from a land contract sale. No additional award. Contract fullfilled before children reached 21. Spouse now seeks modification of Supreme Court Divorce Order in Family Court. I petitioned this same court a few years ago to modify support and received a dismissal for lack of jurisdiction. Now me ex has petitioned family court to modify. Should this petition also be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction? Can Family Court modify a Supreme Court Order of support?

Thank you

when a divorce is final
If you ammend a divorce to put in a real estate part after the original is signed because the other attorney did not draw up a land contract that he was supposed to do and it was two years later and you do not have a lawyer and the divorce was amended, which date does the OPM use for the QDRO? The other lawyer says that the date two years later will be used even though nothing concerning the equation or anything to do with the retirement was affected. Also they are trying to put in things such as a disability clause, death clause and a few other things. Can they do this? Thank you
