Breach of Divoce Decree
In my divorce decree my ex wife was granted the residence and ordered to refinance in her name. Quitclaim Deed and Special Warranty deed were executed and all documents were provided to a Title Company selected by my ex wife. I have now been informed, 18 months later by the original mortgage company that the loan was late 60days and reported to the credit services and I remain as the primary on the loan no matter what the Divorce Decree ordered and the ”Hold Harmless” clause states.
What recourse do I have?

Removal from Mortgage
How do I get removed from the liability of a mortgage with my ex spouse? In our divorce I was ordered to quit claim over my interest in our home to her which I did 5 years ago. She was ordered to hold harmless me from the libility of the loan. Well in 5 years she hasn’t refinanced the home in her own name so I am still liable for the loan for the house she lives in and I have no interest in. Is there any way to file a document with the court to have them force her to either sell or refinance? I am unable to move forward with my new spouse in purchasing homes or obtaining credit since my credit reports all show me liable for her loan.

How do I satisfy a judgment that is an offset to a judgment awarded to me?

How do I satisfy a judgment that is an offset to a judgment awarded to me?
My ex-spouse was awarded a judgment against me for overpaid childcare due to some lost receipts and less daycare after she entered school.
I was awarded a judgment several times larger which has not been paid. My divorce decree states that an overpayment would be a credit but the court refused to make it a credit.
My ex-spouse is very well-off and I am not. They insist I pay her this judgment while she refuses to pay her debt. She has tens of thousands in an account but her attorney tells me that I try to collect, that they will go after my home. My ex signed an indemnification (I am not sure what that means) for the company holding her money if I should seek collection.

Divorce decree indemnification
I was divorce a little over 3 months ago, in which my ex-wife was to take over possesion and payments of the house, her car, and a joint credit card. All three of these are in both of our names.

My ex-wife lost her job (because of having sexual relations in the office) before she signed the divorce papers. Therefore she has made no attempt at paying even one payment to any of the three debtors.

My lawyer does not seem that interested in pursuing any damages that this has caused. Should I get another lawyer or is this just justice?
