Incorrect Unlawful Detainer Judgement on my record
I have a Judgement on my record which shouldn’t be there.
It happened last year when I was given an eviction notice and went to court. I agreed to give up my mobile home, valued at about $5,000 in exchange for about $200 in delinquent land rental and utilities costs, which the judge agreed to.
Is there some type of legal form which I can simply file with the court to dispute this? Or would it have to be another court case?
Park Manager Slander – What do we do?
Our mobile home park manager has gone to the person I am lease/optioning
the mobile home from and told her that we are dealing drugs, as well as
her father who is the overall owner and many other tenants and others as well. When I put my horse on an adjascent property, she called the park owner and claimed that we were boarding our horse on the park property. I had a routine probation search ( I am on searchable probation ) and she called the man we bought the mobile from as well as his daughter and the owner of the park telling them, and other residents, that we were arrested for dealing drugs by the narcartics cops. This is completely untrue and has been a rumor she’s been spreading for months now. We are so upset. I have proof that it was a routine probation search. I don’t know what to do. I am on permanent disability and unable to afford an attorney. Can someone help? There’s unfortunately too much to post here.
designating a power of attorney
i am the sole survivor of my mother who resided, and was consequently killed in the small west african nation of sierra leone three years ago. Yesterday, i received a call from a relative of mine who also resides in that country, and he explained that my mother had owned land, but since no one ever claimed the land, others acquired it illegally- a common practice in that country. Anyway, i want to designate the power of attorney, to this relative, who will act on my behalf, since i am abled to travel at this time. how do i go about doing this? will a simple notorized letter do?

Questions about Power of Attorney abuse.
I was wondering what the law is in california on the following. If a person leaves a power of attorney for financial. to pay bills. The house was signed over to the power of attoeney so that if something happened to him it would not go into probate. the power of attorney has taken it upon herself to change the deed of the house to her being the soul owner and has taken a large loan out on the house and sold the house. Is this legal? There are still legal residents in this house. The house was never in danger of going into probate before she took out the loan. What can we do about this. It is very urgent. Any information would be greatly appriciated.
