Residential property
Can there be two general power of attorney’s executed by the same person in context to the sale of the same property executed on the same date in favor of two diffrent names.
One being the notarised one and the other being the registered one with the sub registrars office. Please comment ?

The answer is “Yes” there can be. There is no difference between the one notorised and the registered.

only one power of attorney can be legally admissible.
though the POA need not be registered .. as per the act… but now a days the state govt.’s have made notification to the effect that the pOA has to be registered.
both the POA has to be view before we give opinion which one is valid!
