Questions on probate
My dad just past away and bank account and properties are in probate. He left no living will and my mother is having a problem closing his accounts. Yet, there has been money drawn out of his banking account. How can someone draw money out during probate?

Checking withdrawals before Probate Ct. Authorized ?
FACTS: Father past away; bank account and properties in probate; No will; Surviving spouse having problems closing his accounts. Money drawn out of his banking account.
Q. How can someone draw money out during probate?
A. Difficult to answer based on the limited information you give. Might be automatic withdrawals that were set up; could be checks that were previously written and hadn’t cleared yet; your mom needs to go to the bank and speak to the manager and check it out. Maybe the bank doesn’t know he died and did not freeze the accounts.
