Sounds like a mess. How do you know there are liens? Is your lender telling you?
Worst case is you can sue him for slander of title. That said, this is WAY too complicated for an internet answer. Call for a referral if you want. If you are facing income issues look up Volunteer Legal Services of the Pierce County Bar.
