Children lost father i don’t know if there was a living will or a will at all how do I go about making sure what he left to them they will get.He is a veteran and receives SSI disaility. My children gets SSI from him now.

If he did not have a will, you should hire an attorney to do an heirship proceeding if there is enough property to be concerned about. Property will be transferred by court order. For the SSI, etc., contact the local social security office for a consultation.
