Left out due to greed
My father passed away in October 2004. My brother and sister decided to appoint themselves with power of attorney for his estate without ever informing me.

Since that date all money coming in from his estate was devided among themselves and I have been left out of everything.

My father worked for the school district for 20+ years and the paperwork that he first initially filled out specifically stated that all money should be devided among his three children. Once my brother and sister appointed themselves with the power of attorney, they changed all the paperwork with my fathers approval and with the understanding that all money would be divided equally among his three children.

To this date, I have never been notified of any changes or of any money coming in. I would like to know if I have a case or if you can recommend any legal advise online.

My sister lives in Mo. I live in Pa. My father moved from Pa to Mo to live with my sister. He passed away recently. All his legal ties (will, accounts, etc) are in Pa. What do I have to do, how do I get started settling his estate. My sister is named as executrix in the will. Do I need power of attorney?

My great grandmother just passed a couple of days ago. My grandmother(who is an alcoholic) was living with her. My mom went to the house when my Gram was in the hospital and videotaped it because the conditions were so bad. My Gram had stopped eating because she was told that she would be poisoned. She was 94. She broke her hip in August and had been on meds for a long time. A new will was drafted. They finally got her to sign it late December. The witness’s are the only beneficiaries,(2) and they brought in their own notary to the house. She hadn’t even died when they started cleaning out her house. They both accuse each other of abuse of my grandmother. My other grandmother is also the executor. I don’t want any money, just don’t want them to benefit from helping to kill her off. They were always threatening her. Her former will was much different. It had been the same for 34 years. Do I have any recourse? At least to let it go on record that she was being abused the way she was? I live in OKC and want to at least protect her memory. And for the record, she died of a Urinary Tract Infection. There was no power of attorney, so they made the decision to not feed her with a tube. She went in walking and talking.

I have recieved information from a friend that is incarcerated that he would like me to pretty much run his music company. In which he has included a Spsecial Power Of Attorney And, A Contingency Contract. I have read and understand both of these forms. Still, i’m not 100% sure of the creditibility and, legality of this information/request. Please reply informing me of my best way of going on about proceeding into this position.
