mortgage foreclosure on second home
My husband and I recently moved to Florida, where we purchased a mobile home. We are moving back to Michigan, and we have a home which is paid for and some property. If we are unable to sell the mobile home, our contract states that it is secured collateral; it will be reposessed and sold to pay the debt. Can the finance company attempt to seize our other property if this debt is not paid in full by the seizure and selling of the home? Is there a certain amount of debt that one must have in order to have assets seized. We would expect to owe no more than 5,000.00.
Thank You

water runoff
I am developing a small mobile home park on 2.5 acres of land. I would like to know to what extent am I obligated to control water runoff ? Do I only need to control the runoff that my develpoment creates,or do I have to control the runoff that comes off the neighboring properties as well.
Most of the runoff comes from the neighboring undeveloped 13 acres above me. Right now all the runoff flowes into an estabilished housing area. Thanks
Lesser charge of domestic due to negligence?
Lesser charge of domestic due to negligence??
If a husband and wife are arguing over an impending divorce in their mobile home and there is no threat of violence and then the husband moves to the front and starts up the vehicle and the wife jumps out, hurting herself, is it possible to avoid domestic violence charges through some lesser plea involving perhaps negligence?

No will
Two years ago, my mother-in-law (Pat) died after a lengthy illness. She made her wishes known, although not legally, that her husband, Walter, was to have everything she owned and upon his passing, her 3 remaining children would inheriet her posessions.
15 years prior, Pat’s sister (Jo) sold her 15 acres of her land in Grand Saline. She moved a mobile home in and lived there until her death. Now, to the problem., Aunt Jo does not like the way Walter’s family has moved in like ”white trailor trash” and she is going to make them move?! She is, as we speak, having the land appraised so she will know how to fill in the check! She has ruled ”the family” for years since her Mother’s death and believes she can bully her way through this as well. She assumptiously dictates orders to the point that Walter is to the point to give up. He has no place to go and this is his only home. Please, any advice would be greatly appreciated! (No, it’s really not funny!! lol)
Thanking you in advance for you assistance in this matter,
