I`ve been living on land for ten years and paying the land tax, this land used to be in my name and my three siblings, I signed my part over so it could be used for colllateral to buy mymother a newmobile home. That was about five years ago and just recently my brother has insisted that I move do I have any rights?

my sister is going to take a portion of the monet that is going to be made on the sale of my mothers mobile home. my mother put this mobile home in my sisters name 2 years ago to avoid having it taken away due to an un-paid taxes bill. now that she wants to sell it my sister is forcing my mother to give her 15,000.00 of the profits from the sale. can my sister acctally do this?? does my mother have to agree to this blackmail?? please help!!! thank you.

I live in a mobile home park. We were served legal papers today stating that our lot rent had not been paid for the last 2 months. I called the park management, I told them that the checks had been sent to them on time and have cleared the bank, I could get proof from the bank but it takes 2 weeks and the court date is in 12 days. They said too bad, they would not stop the proceedings until they have proof. They also said they had sent a notice to our home address,I told them that we get mail at a Post Office box not at the home (they had previously been given the PO Box number) They replied that they will not send mail to a PO Box. Do you think a Judge will be more reasonable and allow use to receive the proof from the bank?
Can they refuse to send mail to a PO Box when that is your mailing address?

Property left on private land
My mobile home was awarded to the finance company during a bankruptcy in 2002. I paid on the mobile home until recently, when I told the finance company to come and get their home. They gave me less than 8 hours to remove everything from the house.

My neighbor told me that if I placed an advertisement in the state paper saying that anything left on my property after 30 days would become mine.

Is his true? It has been two weeks and they have yet to come pick up the mobile home. If they do not come within the 30 days, does the mobile home become my property free and clear?
