Mobile Home forced sale
A friend and I purchased a mobile home together, each paying l/2 of purchase price in cash. Deed read tenants in common, and it is our primary residence. We are not getting along and she refuses to allow me to buy her out. I would like to stay and have her leave, or as a last resort ”force the sale” and we split proceeds and both move. Can I force the sale of a mobile home which is in a park where we pay rent for the ”space”, or is there a way to force her to accept my offer to buy her out? Would attorney’s fees be split? Thank you for any response.

Forclosure after bankruptcy
I had a bankruptcy discharge in June of 1999 where I only kept my mobile home. Everything else was discharged. Since then, I only work as an independent demonstrator for a stamp company and earn approx $300 a month and my husband lost his job in June 2002. The mobile home is in my name only and I cannot afford to keep it any longer and pay my lot rent. I know I cannot file bankruptcy again now but what happens if they foreclose? Can they make my husband pay for the home if his name is not on the loan? I was not married when I bought it. I have 3 credit cards and all the utilities in my name and this mobile home. Can they force me to pay for it when I have no income?

Tresspassin durring seperation
My husband has moved into his own appartment. We are not yet legally seperated, and plan on divorcing. He is on the deed of my mobile home but has been moved out since April. He was seen entering my home while I was on vacation without my permission, is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening? What are my rights?

personal injury
i have a major personal injury legal action against the owner of my mobile home park,it is set for mediation in september, in the last year the landlord has refused my rent, has is trying to evict me, he has served me an unlawful detainer action today, this is the second time he has done this to me, the last time about 6months ago,i answered, and demanded a jury trial,he didnt show and the case was dismissed, this time he served me without a 3day notice, only the unlawful deatainer. i am going to change lawyers i do not feel i am being represented properly, i feel my lawyer should be more involved, in this retalitory against me, the landlord sent a 3rd party saying if i would drop my legal action against him i could stay, but how can i prove this? i also live in a mobile home park where i own my own home. is it to late for me to change attorneys? thanks

squaters rights
I am 26 years old, I have lived on my grandfather’s property since birth with my parents and continued to live in this mobile home after my parents moved out. The mobile home I live in was my parents and my grandfather allowed us to live on this property rent free, we put in a well and septic tank, part of the home was built over 20 years ago and my current mobile home was attached to it in 1991. My father moved out and I stayed and have been making payments for many years. My father died 3 years ago and I continued to make payments on the home. The trailer is still in my fathers name and the mortgage company knows he is dead. My parents were seperater and my father moved in with another man. after his death I continued to make payments on the mobile home and my grandfather never said anything about selling the property or me moving the home. My grandfather now wants me to move the mobile home from the property stating that he is breakng up the property and selling the property. He will not sell me the small piece of property that the trailer is on. The trailer is not moveable and I have no where else to go. Do I have any rights?
