Probate.
My husbands wife is deceased. She has a 14 year old son,(FROM A PREVIOUS MARRIAGE). My husband and his deceased wife paid cash for the mobile home and the land that we now live in. She also had a 2005 automobile that she paid cash for and her name was the only name on the title. The overseer came and took the automobile. My husbands name is the only name on the title of the mobile home. He had the title changed after her death. We were told that the child is entitled to 2/3 of the land and the 2/3 of the automobile but that he is not entitled to anything from the mobile home that we now reside in. Is this true? Will his deceased wife’s child’s (guardian) & overseer be able to take our home? The lady that is raising his deceased wife’s son continues to threaten us with this. She says that she is going to sell our home. We don’t see that she has any authority to do this. She is the overseer of the sons part of his mothers things. My husband and his deceased wife were very much married.
They lived virginia and the property is in virginia. She did not have a will.
We sold a mobile home.
We sold a mobile home. the buyer was to move it in 2 or 3 weeks. it’s been 2 months. can we start charging them rent until it is moved or what is our recourse?

Manager in distress
I became the manager of a mobile home park, because the owner had asked me too. I was being underpaid and one of his other managers quit, so he decided to split up my family and I to work both parks. I told him i was only working temporarily and I would return to my regular park after a month or two. He had promised that upon my return, my family and I would be able to move into a smaller unit and thus, pay no rent for my managerial services. I told him it was time for me to go back and his wife (Also the owner), lashed out against me, in a verbal attack saying that things had changed and that their plan was to keep me at the new park. I wanted to return home and they refused and was yelled at and humiliated and I stressed out and i have a chest problem, and I couldnt breathe and I went to the hospital due to her actions. Now they want to talk, presumably to strike a deal, but I am severely underpaid and now have hospital bills to pay. I want to know if there is something I can do legally to help me out. Thank you very much.
