New build walk thru
What verbiage can I use for a hold harmless agreement for a new build walk through when the buyer cannot be present and I (the realtor) am doing the walk through on their behalf? The buyer has agreed to hold us harmless and will sign an agreement to that effect.

I would strongly recommend against this. Idon’t see a situation where this would work out in your favor, especially if there is something that you missed. Have them get a friend, or maybe a bonded inspector or contractor that they trust to do the walkthrough.
