living will
my grandfather past away and my grandmother wants to know what she needs to do to their living will and the things in it like property and things like that does she need to remove his name and show death certificates to some one?

Re: living will
It’s impossible to say without seeing her estate planning documents. A “living will” doesn’t deal with property, it deals with end of life decisions such as when to remove artificial life support. I presume you meant a “will” or a “living trust.” Your grandmother should see a lawyer.

We offer free, no obligation initial consultations. You can schedule it at 480.835.1500.
Your grandmother should bring all estate documents, and perhaps a copy of the deeds to any real estate with her so they can be looked at. I could probably tell in 10 minutes or less exactly what she would have to do, or not have to do, but do not want to speculate here without all the facts and documents before me.
