Depending on the size of your estate, getting married might be a reason to revise your entire trust.
If you have a modest estate, you would at least want to amend the Articles that address distribution and trusteeship.
However, due to the complexity of trusts and the number of things that could go wrong with an improperly drafted document, I would strongly advise that you work with an attorney to make these updates. It will be well worth the cost in the long run.
