Land contracts
I signed a Land Contract in July 2006, now the person I’m buying the house from states she sending my family a eviction notice and that we have to move within 30 days. My contract says she has to give us a 15 day written notice to correct any defaults we have made but she’s not doing this. Does she have the legal right to evict us and to demand the house back. Our contract was written for 2 years. When we bought the house she moved to Kentucky and doing the eviciton from down there.

First off Kentucky should not have Jurisdiction on the matter. If you need 15 days written notice she is in breach of contract and you would have a claim against her.
