Insurance disbursements
If someone has been murdered does the Insurance Company have to wait for the case to be closed and satisfied before the funds are disbursed to the Beneficiary? And would this be considered an accident so the Beneficiary would get the double indemnity?
Re: Insurance disbursements
It depends on the terms of the policy. The company would have to be sure the beneficiary had nothing to do with the crime.
If you feel they are dragging their feet, contact an attorney to help you fight for your money. If you are a suspect, or if you could be, do not fight with the company yourself, you are safer if you have a lawyer do it for you. You should not be speaking on or off the record to anyone other than your attorney and his minions.
Good Luck.
