I am contemplating selling my home to a young lady in her twenties. I would be letting her make payments to me on the $80,000. I would like for her to be able to take the home-buyer stimulus. Can she do this if a Contract for Deed is the only instrument used? And, must this be executed by April 30, 2010. Do we both need to sign the paperwork in the presence of a notary before it is filed with the Clerk? Thank you.
