Eviction
Im a renter. No lease just rental agreement which says no pets in house or in garage. I found a puppy and put him on the screened in back porch for 2 days until animal rescue could pick him up. Landlady came by and told me to move in 30 days she was puttin the house on the market. I spoke extensively with her to change her mind but to no avail. Can she do this and what rights do I have?

It sounds to me like you broke the terms of your agreement and she gave you adequate notice to move. Based on the information given it sounds like she is within her rights and you will have to vacate the premises on her terms.
