Durable Power of Attorney
I am the Attorney-in Fact on a Durable Power of Attorney. The Durable Power of Attorney has been signed by the Principal and Notary Public and witnessed. I have heard that ”each page” has to be initialed by the Principal and Notary Public and Witnesses. Is this correct? Thanks for your answer.
Re: Durable Power of Attorney
While not technically required, it may be a good idea to sign each page so that there is no questions that a given page has not been altered, removed or changed. You should speak with the attorney that drafted the document if you have any questions or concerns.
