do I own this Van?
I sold my van two years ago and did not notorize the bill of sale or get the buyers address and phone number. A tow company wants me to pay $365 because I am the last registered owner of the vehicle. I don’t have the title because I signed it over to the buyer. Do I stand A chance in small claims court?

    You stand a chance. It will be up to the clerk-magistrate who hears the claim. I would not want you to get your hopes up TOO high, though.

    You may want to find out where the car was towed from. That might lead you to an idea of who bought it from you — it might stir a memory, or give you an address to look up on a reverse index.
