sq ft of mobile home misrepresented 2 times
I purchased a mobile home from Hanson Realty 3 years ago for 45,000
The title says it is 14′ x 60′ – 840 sq feet
I went to Hanson Realty this year to sell my home
A Hanson realtor came out and measured my home and listed it with the same dimensions
My contract was over with Hanson after 8 months
I went to Cole Realty and they measured it at 14′ x 56′ (4 ft shorter) 784 sq ft
I have emailed Hanson 3x now because my title is wrong and I complained about the descrepancy with no replies
My question is what can I do about Hanson Realty’s error (twice) regarding my loss of square feet.
I live in California

mobile home with addition
I have filed a list of heirs/real estate affidavit for property owned by my mother who died intestate in 2001. on the property is a mobile home that has recently had a huge addition with a wrap around deck built on to the back of it. it also has a 10×16 brick and concrete front porch with awning, and a brick foundation, the addition is built on a foundation and perminately attached to the mobile home making it impossible to remove the mobile home without doing extensive damage to the addition the front porch or the foundation, the problem is the mobile home title is held by a third party in his name, there are no leins on the mobile home. I want the mobile home to stay because it is now attached to a structure that is built on the land. what can I do to prevent the person owning it from removing it? or do I have to do anything since it is now attached to the real property by way of the addition.
My wife and I purchased property in Texas 4 years ago.
My wife and I purchased property in Texas 4 years ago. The land supposely had an easement (which my surveyor disagrees with to the point of going to court) running from S-N., to service a mobile home park below us. The owner of this park also has land around us that can be used for ingress and egress for her tenants. But no, she wants to take me to court so that she can continue using my property because it is more convenient. Her property could have a road cut and graveled within 2-3 days at most…incidently by her son who is in the business. Here’s what I have done so far, I placed a sign at the entrance of my property to tell her tenants this entrance is going to be closing on 4/5/10. Do I have the right to do this, and can I place a gate there as well.???? Her attorney has already sent me a letter stating that he will take me to court an charge me with everything the law will permit if I do the above. Need an answer soon. Thank you, BG.
