We live in Maryland State and we like to our relative to deal with buying residential real property for us in the California State. We like to execute Power of Attorney assigning our relative as our attorney.
Q1) Could we use Maryland State power attorney or California State one, sign it and Notarize in Maryland State and send it to California. Is there a special type of power of attorney for this purpose?

Q2) Can both I and my spouse sign on the same power of attorney do we need to send separately two powers of attorney tot he same person as we like to property in both our names.

Your help answering these question is highly appreciated.

power of attorney
I gave my mother power of attorney to sign papers for the sale of my condo because I couldn’t be there. The problem is that I never received a check for the sale from her. The deed was in my name but sher insists that since she was there to sign the papers, she gets the procedds from the sale. Is there any legal recourse I can take in order to recover the proceeds from the sale of the condo?

Doublewide on land to be foreclosed.

Doublewide on land to be foreclosed.
I own a doublewide mobile home in McLennen County. The acreage that this home is on is about to be foreclosed on in December. I owe back payments on the land itself. The land is owner financed and is seperate from the home financing. I don’t have enough money to bring the land payments to date, nor do I have enough to move the home itself to another location. The home is current to this month on payments. We want to move from the area but don’t know how to handle the mobile home itself. My wife and I are willing to let the land go. And hope that maybe the land owner will have to pickup the cost of the mobilehome. Is there any inofrmation on this type of situation for reference?
