I need a very good lawyer cause my sister and sons have been harrasing me for 5years because my father now deceased left me his home and I take care of my mother they have been mental abusing her saying that I did vodoo witchcraft on her .I have Springing Durable Power Of Attorney. They have called the police saying that I have abuse her etc. I take her to all her Doctor’s appt. One doctor told me that she was starting with Dementia and her other doctor said she has Tardive Dyskinesia her whole body shake and so my mother beleived her and she’s be over there for about 2 months They also sent a letter to my aunt who is also ill , and their accusing me of doing things to her also .The house is in my name and also my mother’s name and in a trust.This has to stop.I have doctors notes that I never abused my mother. She’s also a borderline diabetic,when I took her to her doctor appt her blood sugar level was a little high but still ok the first time since she been away from home she’s 77 years old.Their mad cause my father didn’t leave her anything. The day my father passed away alll of them came and raid my mother’s home without her permission took everything of my fathers.
