moble home park manager or scam artist?
I bought a reposssed mobile home from a finance company that filed a corporate bankrutcy, reorganization, in Dec.
I have already sold it and the new owners want to move it from the mobile home park. The manager of the park called and sd we would have to pay $500 for the past lot rent and we agreed to do this. However he then called back and sd it would be $1200, trying to collect on lot rent prior to december when the finance company owned it, now he says if we will keep the mobile home there he will drop the past lot rent and give us a $100 profit for any new renter. This seems like a scam to me because he mentioned that he had tryed to buy the mobile home. He did say if we come to remove it he will have us arrested? Please let me know my rights on this. The people who bought it would like to move it this weekend. Thank you

Recovering fees from an adversary proceeding back in state court
My ex-spouse filed bankruptcy after our divorce. I have a hold harmless clause in the decree. I was forced to file adversary proceeding 523(a)15 to stop the discharge of one joint debt. I prevailed. Can I recoup my attorney fees back in the state court, under the hold harmless agreement, or is this out of the state court’s jurisdiction?

Contract for deed, bankruptcy, 401K
I would like to buy a home on contract for deed and most likey will have to file bankruptcy in the future. Problem is I need a downpayment and I willing to take out a loan from my 401K of $15000.00 which I will have to pay back thru weekly payments. I have a short sale pending on my house that I owe 57K on the second and about 60k in credit card debt.
Is there a chance that this could be a problem in bankruptcy if I file?
