”Breaking my rental lease”
There is multiple skunks living under my mobile home and we can’t seem to be able to get rid of them and I desperatly want to move out. How can we get out of our lease?

Re: ”Breaking my rental lease”
Read your lease. It has provisions for when a tenant can break a lease. If the dwelling is unsafe or uninhabitable due to some responsiblity of the landlord, then normally you have to give him notice and the opportunity to correct the problem. This is done in writing by certified mail.
Be careful, however, as may not be the landlord’s responsibility to handle pest control. That could be the tenant’s job.
You can find more information at the Attorney General’s website.
