Forclosure after bankruptcy
I had a bankruptcy discharge in June of 1999 where I only kept my mobile home. Everything else was discharged. Since then, I only work as an independent demonstrator for a stamp company and earn approx $300 a month and my husband lost his job in June 2002. The mobile home is in my name only and I cannot afford to keep it any longer and pay my lot rent. I know I cannot file bankruptcy again now but what happens if they foreclose? Can they make my husband pay for the home if his name is not on the loan? I was not married when I bought it. I have 3 credit cards and all the utilities in my name and this mobile home. Can they force me to pay for it when I have no income?

Mobile Home forced sale
A friend and I purchased a mobile home together, each paying l/2 of purchase price in cash. Deed read tenants in common, and it is our primary residence. We are not getting along and she refuses to allow me to buy her out. I would like to stay and have her leave, or as a last resort ”force the sale” and we split proceeds and both move. Can I force the sale of a mobile home which is in a park where we pay rent for the ”space”, or is there a way to force her to accept my offer to buy her out? Would attorney’s fees be split? Thank you for any response.
I have been served with Eviction papers.
I have been served with Eviction papers. I own a mobile home and the park is claiming I owe a lot of back rent. Have 5 days to respond. I do not feel this action is justified. Can I answer the court myself or do I need to have an Attorney prepare the response.

subdivision rights
I am part of a 26 lot subdivision made up of mostly double wide mobile homes. The contract we signed stated that we were to pay monthly or annually for road maintenance fees and clear water discharge. We were all paying the dues and nothing was getting done to the road. The contract also states that ”at such time as , some name, has sold outright 51% of property and does not hold title to, there will be an election of officers to take over and run the association. We have about 65% of the lots sold and we have already gotten with a local attorney and filed our officers of the association in the court house. We have been collecting the money and paving the road with gravel. All expenses can be accounted for with receipts. Now the original owner has served us all with papers from an attorney stating we owe him for every lot we own for the past 2 years road maintenance plus $250 per lot for attorney fees. All our actions go according to his contract, and all the money is on the road in gravel. My question is the way the contract is worded, he financed some of the lots personally. If the lots are not fully paid off, according to the contract, does he still ”own” and have rights to those lots to keep us below the 50% mark?
