60 Day Notice to Vacate
I am disabled and have lived in the same mobile home park in California for nearly9 yrs. My disability check was changed from the 1st of the month to the 14th., so I have paid late every month since this happened. I discusssed this with the manager and sent her a confirmation letter nearly 2 yrs ago. I always pay the full amount (plus 10% late charge) and add a bit towards the next month if I am able. I most always have a credit balance when I receive my statement. Per my billpay acct., the past 26 months have been paid on (or after) the 14th. (plus additional handwritten cks.). On 8-13-07, they tacked a 3 day AND a 60 notice on my door. I am panic struck! Manager has not returned my calls and I cannot afford to lose my home. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Are there any laws in Michigan pertaining to a person taking pics/videos of underage children (skating), without parental permission and on private property? The property does not belong to the woman and she is using the pics/videos to try and get the community (mobile home) we all reside in closed down. A woman lives on a piece of property that I have recently inheritated. She has lived there since 1972. She has paid no tax on the property, only on the mobile home that she owns. She has no papers of anykind on the property. I was told by an attorney in Anderson that a judge would give her the property if it goes to court, and by another that a judge would probably give her a life stay. Any opinion?

Tenant’s Rights
My step daughter was just told that the mobile home she is renting is sold. They gave her less then a month to vacate the premises. She has a son less then a year old. Someone told her since she has a small child, they have to give her 90 days. I am trying to find out if this is true or not and how long should she have to move out.

Statute of Limitation on Forgery in Florida
I would like to know what the statute of limitations is on forgery in florida, Osceola county to be exact. I was a victim of fraud by someone who forged my signature on a title to my mobile home (considered a motor vehicle in florida) and also two vehicles. I have hard black and white proof that my signature was forged, but the prosecutors in Osceola county deemed not enough evidence to pursue the case. They did this without ever speaking to me to get my side of the story or looking at the evidence I have in my possession. I was going to let it go, but it has been eating at me for too long and I feel I need to take matters further if possible. The fraud happened in June 2005. I truly hope that I am not too late to still pursue some course of action.
