about cancellation of power of attorney
i dhana laxmi- land purchased by grand father on behalf of my motherand me in 1972. at that time my age was 3 yrs .when i am in the degree first yr my mother taken a signature from me on bond paper and saying that if the property is on your name there is a problem .later in 1994 imarried i went for job in some other place not nearer to that particular palce . at that time i executed a general power of attorney in that iam going to some other place you sell the property and give the money to me . later i cancelled my power of attorney in 2006 feb and i said the power of attorney is cancelled orally . although the power of attorney is cancelled my mother sold that property to a lawyer and taken the money . he is not willing to give my share.and she is saying your property already sold to me when you are studying .can i win this case .

your mother had probably missused your signature.however in case of cancellation of POA A NOTICE cancelling the POA be given to POA holder and also a public notice to be published in daily news paper of locality.Orally cancellation has no value.nevertheless you can challenge the sale in court.Take advise of a lawyer.
