I am having problems with my roommate right now, and she has a friend who is harrassing me. I have requested that this woman not enter my home, as I find her untrustworthy and harrasive. My roommate is listed on the rental agreement/lease, and because of this I am afraid she will allow whomever she wants into our home, despite my request. What are my rights regarding keeping this harrasive person out of my home? I am not asking to keep my roommate out, simply her friend in which I do not trust around my pets or personal belongings. I have already told this woman to stay out of my home or I will call the authorities but because of how harrassive she has already been I fear that she will not heed my warning and will come in anway, and since I have told her I was willing to get the authorities involved, I fear retaliation.
