land contract/quit claim deed
Bought a home with a land contract owner went to jail when he got out he needed money he quit claim deeded house to me we had it witnessed, notarized and recorded with our county office. Now he says he did not sign and wants us out in 30 days, I have deed here.

    he will have to prove that the signature is not his, or that he did not understand what he was signing. if you know he signed it, then he has no leg to stand on. if you are in lawful possession of the property, he will have to file a lawsuit to prove otherwise.
