squaters rights
I am 26 years old, I have lived on my grandfather’s property since birth with my parents and continued to live in this mobile home after my parents moved out. The mobile home I live in was my parents and my grandfather allowed us to live on this property rent free, we put in a well and septic tank, part of the home was built over 20 years ago and my current mobile home was attached to it in 1991. My father moved out and I stayed and have been making payments for many years. My father died 3 years ago and I continued to make payments on the home. The trailer is still in my fathers name and the mortgage company knows he is dead. My parents were seperater and my father moved in with another man. after his death I continued to make payments on the mobile home and my grandfather never said anything about selling the property or me moving the home. My grandfather now wants me to move the mobile home from the property stating that he is breakng up the property and selling the property. He will not sell me the small piece of property that the trailer is on. The trailer is not moveable and I have no where else to go. Do I have any rights?

Essentially you have no viable claim.
