im asking for someone else but his mom passed away last year he got her mobile home and land but hears the problem his step dad is to live their till his death so he still has no place to live his sister has power of atorny and im hearing she wants her moms wishes for old man to stay till death but if son and wife trying to live their he gets mad and says stuff mean and hate full stuff can he / thay override the power of att or is he just going have to live with it like it is thks
