One can always file whatever the court will accept, but whether it has any legal forece is another question. If there are multiple filings the Court could either say all have the powers of attorney are vaild so several people have that power as to the items covered by that power [power of attorney for health matters does not extend into power of real property] or that the each filing as to the same type of power voids the prior filing, so whomever is last named for the same general acts is the one with the power.
